Material Handler/Inventory Control

The Material Handler/Inventory Control role manages the movement, receipt, storage, and accurate tracking of parts and components, raw materials, and finished goods. This position supports order fulfillment, cycle counting, receiving, and put-away while maintaining an organized and safe warehouse using forklifts and pallet jacks. This position requires prior kitting and assembly experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle parts and components, raw materials, and finished goods.
• Read work order and routers
• Receive, inspect, and put away incoming stock.
• Kit and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory counting activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and related documentation.
• Organize warehouse materials for efficient access and storage.
• Operate forklifts safely.
• Follow warehouse safety and compliance procedures.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in material handling and inventory control.
• Must have worked in Manufacturing environment .
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift operator certification.
• Must have blueprint experience
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Kitting and part assembly experience is a must
• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
