Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll serve as a key resource for customers by providing technical support, recommending products and solutions, preparing quotes, processing orders, and troubleshooting industrial equipment applications. You'll work closely with contractors, municipalities, OEMs, distributors, and industrial customers while gaining valuable experience in fluid power systems, pumps, pneumatics, and mechanical equipment. This role offers hands-on training and a clear path for advancement.
 
Requirements:
  • Associate degree, Bachelor's degree, technical certification, military technical training, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in industrial, mechanical, maintenance, fluid power, pumps, controls, or related fields preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts such as pressure, flow, torque, horsepower, and system performance
  • Experience with pneumatics, pumps, compressors, process controls, wastewater equipment, industrial maintenance, or technical sales is a plus
  • Strong computer skills and willingness to learn ERP systems such as Profit21
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
