An internationally recognized Brazilian steakhouse is opening a brand-new restaurant in Durham, NC, and we’re hiring our founding team!
Join us from the beginning and help bring exceptional hospitality, authentic Brazilian cuisine, and a memorable dining experience to the Durham community.
We’re hiring Back of House Team Members for a variety of kitchen and food preparation positions. Whether you’re an experienced restaurant professional or starting your first hospitality job, we’re looking for dependable, enthusiastic people who enjoy working with others and take pride in preparing high-quality food.
You’ll receive paid, hands-on training and support from experienced restaurant leaders as we prepare for opening day.
Now Interviewing For
- Gaucho Chefs – Paid training in preparing, cooking, and serving specialty meats using authentic Brazilian churrasco techniques
- Dishwashers – Maintain clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas while supporting daily restaurant operations
- Kitchen Prep – Prepare ingredients, assist with food production, and maintain organized kitchen workstations
Compensation & Training
- Competitive compensation based on position and experience
- Tip-pool opportunities for eligible positions
- Full-time earning potential of $45,000–$80,000+ annually, depending on position, experience, hours worked, and tip earnings
- Paid training to help you prepare for your role and opening day

- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment
- Willingness to learn and follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operating standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous restaurant, kitchen, or food preparation experience is a plus, but not required for all positions
