GENERAL WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATES – PICKING & PACKING

Location: Port Reading, NJ

THREE SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

• 1st Shift - $16.00/HR - 7:00 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. (Mon-Fri)
• 2nd Shift - $17.50/HR - 3:30 p.m. - 12:45 a.m. (Mon-Fri)
• Weekend Shift - $19.00/HR - 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (Saturday & Sunday)

Job Description

We are hiring dependable Pickers & Packers to join a dedicated logistics and distribution team! Associates will perform picking and packing functions, using Pick Lists and RF Scanners, to effectively maintain outbound shipping schedules.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately
• Follow Pick Lists & RF Scanners to locate items designated for Outbound Orders
• Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Sort and organize merchandise.
• Inspect products for damage or discrepancies.
• Move merchandise and assist with general warehouse duties.
• Operate a Manual Pallet Jack to transport materials across the Warehouse

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-years of Picking & Packing experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with an RF Scanner
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Manual Pallet Jack experience (Pump Jack) is a PLUS, but not required
