Customer Service and Data Research Specialist

LOCATIONS: Onsite in Dallas, TX Office

Pay: $17 per hour

Start: October 2026

Temp to Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am - 5pm or 9pm - 6pm

The role involves making outbound calls to government agencies, researching information online, and accurately updating records for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research records using online databases and government websites.
• Enter and update data accurately in company systems.
• Verify information and follow up on missing details.
• Maintain professional communication with external contacts.
• Meet productivity and quality standards

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of customer service, call center, or data entry experience preferred.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls to confirm internal data
• Strong computer and internet research skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in our Dallas TX office full time
