Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative

PrideStaff is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a company located in Los Angeles, CA. This is a full-time, Direct Hire position with opportunity to grow. Pay is $23 -$28 per hour. Bilingual Spanish is required.  Shift hours Monday - Friday 6 am -2:30 pm. Experience in Waste Management or Recycling is a huge plus.    Experience with the ERP software system ReMatter  formerly ReSpark  is a huge plus.    Please see the job requirements below to be considered.  

Job Requirements:

• Bilingual Spanish required
• Experience with ReMatter or ReSpark Software preferred. 
• 3-5 years of Customer Service experience, door industry preferred
• Detail-oriented and can find solutions to problems
• Excellent telephone, written and verbal communication skills while interfacing with all levels of staff and customers.
• Working knowledge of PC’s and related software including MS Word, Excel.
• Math skills required.
• Find solutions to customer requests for information concerning orders  or services
• Perform order entry 
• Notify customers /vendors of potential issues and any other information regarding orders.
• Act as a liaison with other departments
• Process all necessary customer service paperwork  and reports
• Monitor completion of daily customer invoicing  and other reports assigned by management 
• Experience in the construction or recycling industry is a huge plus
