About the Opportunity
Staff Solve is hiring Production Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in Hutto, TX. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with a strong work history who are interested in building a long-term career in manufacturing.
As a Production Operator, you may be assigned to different areas of the manufacturing operation based on your experience, skills, and business needs. Departments may include production, material processing, quality/inspection, furnace operations, dosing, cutting, and other manufacturing functions.
What You'll Do
- Operate production equipment and manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
- Follow work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Monitor products and materials for quality and defects
- Measure, inspect, and document materials as required
- Load, unload, move, and process materials throughout the production area
- Perform repetitive lifting and physical production tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Communicate production or equipment issues to supervisors
- Perform other production duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Reliable attendance and strong work history
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work
- Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs. depending on department
- Comfortable working around machinery and production equipment
- Steel-toe shoes may be required depending on assignment
- Willingness to work overtime or a rotating schedule when required
- Ability to pass required employment screening, including E-Verify
