Job Overview
A growing national plaintiff-side law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1–3 years of civil litigation experience to join its Denver office.
The ideal candidate will have experience in civil litigation and an interest in employment law, wage-and-hour claims, and class actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with plaintiff-side employment and wage-and-hour litigation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
- Assist with depositions and court hearings.
- Communicate with clients and support senior attorneys.
- Help prepare cases for settlement and trial.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of civil litigation experience.
- Licensed in Colorado or pending Colorado Bar admission.
- Experience with discovery, motions, depositions, and court appearances.
- Wage-and-hour, class action, or complex litigation experience is a plus.
- Strong legal writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
