About who needs care: Wheres disposable briefs, has frequent accidents/(urinating soaking brief), has vascular dementia, needs help bathing, uses a walker, has to be reminded to go to the bathroom. On medication for heart failure, takes 7 pills during the day. About the care needs: Assistance with bathing, reminders, elevating feet during the day, going to the bathroom more frequently. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
