Housekeeper Needed

My schedule is a little chaotic throughout the week so weekends are ideal. My 3 roommates and I are having a hard time keeping a cleaning routine together so having someone help keep the apartment clean somewhat regularly would be immensely helpful. I personally need help with decluttering and organizing my own room and establish places and organization across the house to help us keep it up on a regular basis.
