RESTAURANT MANAGER / FOH MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily front-of-house restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest service.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, supervisors, and other front-of-house employees.
• Maintain high standards for hospitality, service execution, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage staffing, employee scheduling, labor costs, and productivity.
• Support restaurant sales, profitability, and operational performance.
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve service concerns professionally.
• Partner with the culinary team and fellow managers to deliver a seamless dining experience.
• Build a positive team culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and employee retention.
• Help maintain consistent operating standards while identifying opportunities to improve service and efficiency.

RESTAURANT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, FOH Manager, Front of House Manager, Assistant General Manager, Service Manager, Dining Room Manager, or Hospitality Manager.
• Experience managing full-service restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
• Knowledge of restaurant labor management, scheduling, guest relations, and cost control.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• A hands-on leadership style and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, guest-focused restaurant environment.
