General Laborer

Role Overview

As a General Laborer, you will support our field crew with daily tree care and property cleanup tasks. This is a hands-on position where a strong work ethic and a reliable, positive attitude matter far more than years of experience. We are fully prepared to train the right person who aligns with our core values.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with ground operations during tree removal, trimming, and pruning activities.
• Operate and maintain basic equipment (e.g., rakes, chainsaws, leaf blowers, wood chippers, and hand tools).
• Drag brush and clear debris to leave every job site clean and presentable.
• Load and unload tools, safety gear, and equipment from work trucks daily.
• Follow all company safety policies, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and remain aware of surrounding hazards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and safely.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Core Values: Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, a positive attitude, and respect for teammates and clients.
• Experience: No prior experience required (training provided), though previous experience in tree care or outdoor manual labor is preferred.
• Physical Capability: Ability to perform strenuous physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions and heat, including lifting 50+ lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Dependability: Must have reliable transportation to get to the shop/job site on time every day.
• Safety Mindset: Ability to listen attentively, follow directions, and prioritize safety at all times.
