24-hour shifts: 8 am - 8 am
3 - 6 patients per shift
Level II NICU -- hospital setting
Primary provider overseeing daily care -- collaboration with MDs
Required skills: UVC/UAC lines, chest tubes, lumbar punctures, intubations
Leave coverage
