Babysitter

We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children in Miami. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is comfortable with pets. We need a nanny starting part-time now and transitioning to full-time in December for our two young boys in Aventura. Because of our work schedules, this isn't a traditional 9-5. Its mostly 12-hour shifts (around 6-8 per month) with a few 6-8 hour shifts, meaning you get a lot of full days off each month to rest or take on other work. Pay is $3, 000$4, 000/month depending on the final shift total. If you're open to a flexible monthly schedule with great compensation and maximum days off, please let me know your current availability!
