Babysitter Needed

I am looking for someone structured and experienced. My kids are all school age, so evening assistance is needed. I also can do a live-in arrangement. We want someone that provides love, structure and safety while we are working. I need a self-starter and someone who is able to foreshadow my kids needs. I also would love help with food prep, cooking and light cleaning. We have some flexibly in our budget if we find the right person.
