Babysitter Needed for my Children

I am a nurse who works nights and my husband works during the day time but his hours of returning home fluctuate weekly. Sometimes he is home as early as 3 p.m. and others no later than 9 p.m. We would need some odd hours of coverage just to fill in the gaps of the absence of either parent when not home. For now its just one child but I am expecting and will be on maternity leave soon. My current 2-year-old needs basic snacks and to be started on her meals depending when the sitter is home as well as play time and bath time.
