Nanny Needed

Hi! We're a family of three in Broad Ripple exploring nanny care for our 3-month-old son. We're scheduled to begin daycare in a couple of weeks, but we're reconsidering whether in-home care might be a better fit for our family. We're interested in flexible childcare support during October, with the possibility of transitioning into a consistent, long-term arrangement. I work from home, and we're flexible on scheduling. We're hoping to find someone reliable, and experienced with infants. We're still exploring our options but are genuinely interested in finding the right fit. Looking forward to connecting!
