Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a busy service team in West Des Moines, Iowa. This Contract position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys helping customers resolve questions efficiently. The person in this role will handle a high volume of customer interactions while ensuring accurate order processing and a positive service experience.

Responsibilities:

• Main customer contact at the weight station, helping customers in person come in and out.

• Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, confirm details, or provide updates to customers.

• Enter and update order information accurately within internal systems to support smooth processing.

• Assist customers with service-related inquiries while maintaining a courteous and helpful approach in every interaction.

• Document conversations, actions taken, and next steps to ensure clear records and continuity of service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service environment
