Order Fulfillment & Inventory

Key responsibilities include:

• Process customer orders from initial entry through shipment and delivery

• Review orders for accuracy, pricing, quantities, product availability, and delivery requirements

• Monitor inventory levels and product availability to ensure orders can be fulfilled on time

• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, sales, logistics, and customers regarding order status

• Track incoming and outgoing inventory and assist with inventory reconciliation

• Identify inventory shortages, discrepancies, or order issues and communicate solutions promptly

• Coordinate shipments and provide customers with updates on order and delivery status

• Maintain accurate order, inventory, and customer records within the company’s ERP/order management system

• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and resolving inventory discrepancies

• Handle customer questions regarding orders, backorders, availability, and shipping

• Prioritize multiple orders and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy

The ideal candidate will have experience in order fulfillment, order entry, inventory coordination, logistics, distribution, customer service, or food manufacturing/ingredients. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work closely with multiple departments are important for this position.
