Housekeeper Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We have a 2-bedroom, 1 1/2 bath townhome. One of the bedrooms isn't used as a bedroom; it's more of an office/storage space. It also has a living room and kitchen. There are stairs from the first floor to the second floor. Additionally, the basement has another bedroom, a full bath, and a small living room. That space would not need cleaning every time. We would clean that space on an as-needed basis. We are looking for a regular cleaning either once a month or twice a month, depending on the cost. We'd also like to have the basement cleaned only when needed.
