Infrastructure Managed Services Presales Consultant

About the Role

FPT Software Americas is looking for a US-based Infrastructure Managed Services Presales Consultant to support enterprise customers across Cloud, Managed Services, AIOps, Observability, Automation, and Infrastructure. This is a client-facing role, partnering closely with US Sales and global Delivery teams to shape technically sound, commercially competitive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Partner with Sales to gather requirements and develop technical solutions, proposals, Bills of Materials (BoM) and cost estimates.
\n
• Lead customer presentations, workshops, RFP/RFI responses and technical discussions with US enterprise stakeholders.
\n
• Design managed services offerings for 24x7 infrastructure, cloud, NOC/SOC and IT operations support.
\n
• Develop AIOps and automation solutions covering event correlation, anomaly detection, predictive monitoring, and incident automation.
\n
• Propose and architect AWS/Azure/GCP, Observability, DevOps/SRE and FinOps solutions.
\n
• Collaborate with US Sales and global Delivery teams to ensure every solution is technically feasible and commercially competitive.
\n
• Act as the technical face of FPT Software with US clients, building trust and long-term relationships.

Requirements

\n

\n
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, managed services, systems integration, or technical consulting.
\n
• 2+ years of dedicated presales experience.
\n
• Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP, networking, servers, virtualization and IT operations.
\n
• Practical, hands-on knowledge of AIOps, observability, automation and GenAI applied to IT operations.
\n
• Experience in solution architecture, effort estimation, pricing/TCO modeling, and RFP/RFI response development.
\n
• Excellent English communication and executive-level presentation skills.
\n
• Proven experience working directly with US enterprise customers or in the US market.
\n
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically as required by client engagements.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

\n
• ITIL, AWS, Azure, FinOps and/or security certifications.
\n
• Prior experience with a global IT services / SI provider serving US clients.
\n
• Exposure to regulated industries (healthcare, financial services, manufacturing) is a plus.
