Facilities Logistics Coordinator

Schedule: 9am-6:30pm

Pay range: $25-30

The Facility Coordinator, part of the Warehouse department, reports to the Warehouse Manager and supervises 1-5 Warehouse Operators. The role keeps the facility running efficiently by managing the facility budget, purchasing goods and services, negotiating with suppliers, and overseeing maintenance. It also owns facility security and safety, including incident investigation, audits, OSHA compliance, and safety training, while coaching the warehouse team and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Education & Experience

\n

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
\n
• 5+ years in facility maintenance and OSHA regulations
\n
• Experience with TMS and WMS platforms
\n
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
\n
• Negotiation and buy-in skills
\n
• Preferred: Lean Six Sigma knowledge
\n
• Plus: Knowledge of the medical industry
\n
