\n A growing construction management firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its West Palm Beach team. This role will support a construction project being delivered in partnership with a prominent South Florida real estate development firm.

\n This is a strong opportunity for a construction professional with experience managing complex project scopes, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules and budgets, and working closely with field leadership, consultants, and ownership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• \n

  Manage day-to-day project coordination, execution, documentation, and administration across assigned construction scopes

\n
• \n

  Oversee subcontractor procurement, including scope development, bid leveling, subcontractor evaluations, and contract administration

\n
• \n

  Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, forecasts, and potential delays while supporting corrective action plans

\n
• \n

  Manage project financial activities, including change orders, subcontractor payment applications, schedules of values, and financial closeout

\n
• \n

  Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and field leadership to resolve construction, design, and logistical challenges

\n
• \n

  Maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, tracking reports, and project management systems

\n
• \n

  Support jobsite safety, quality control, monthly reporting, and the development of junior project team members

\n

Qualifications:

\n
• \n

  7+ years of construction project management experience, ideally managing large or complex construction scopes

\n
• \n

  Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field required

\n
• \n

  Strong experience with construction scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, procurement, and project controls

\n
• \n

  Experience with at-risk and cost-plus construction contracts

\n
• \n

  Solid understanding of construction means and methods, safety requirements, risk management, and quality control

\n
• \n

  Experience with construction project management software; Autodesk Forma experience is a plus

\n
• \n

  OSHA 30 certification preferred

\n
• \n

  Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

\n
