Are you outgoing, motivated, and ready to kick-start your career in marketing and sales? At Garden State AGNC, we’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Retail Marketing Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on, on-site position that offers valuable experience in marketing, sales, and customer relations. You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to build real connections - create brand awareness, engage with customers, and help drive business growth through in-store retail campaigns and customer interactions within our partnered retail locations. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required. We provide fully paid training and development!

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute retail-based campaigns that increase customer engagement and support sales growth
\n
• Interact directly with customers in retail environments to increase brand awareness and generate sales
\n
• Be the face of the brand—confidently explain product features and benefits to potential customers
\n
• Create authentic connections through friendly, in-person conversations in a retail environment
\n
• Attend client product training sessions and confidently communicate product features and benefits to customers
\n
• Identify sales opportunities and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding performance goals

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Preferred but not required: 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or retail
\n
• High School Diploma or GED required
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
\n
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
\n
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude

• Leadership potential and a desire for career growth
