Compensation: $100,000 - $170,000 Base salary (based on experience) + additional attorney Fees

Requirements and Skills:

\n

\n
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
\n
• 3+ years of Personal Injury Pre-litigation experience
\n
• Member of the NY Bar and in good standing
\n
• Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc.
\n
• Superb negotiation skills
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n
• Have a proactive approach to problem-solving
\n
• Ability to work independently in an office environment
\n
• Team-oriented
