🚨 HIRING: Site Support

📍 Location: Indianapolis, IN 46278

💼 Contract: 6-12+ Months | Onsite

We are looking for a Site Support Technician with hands-on experience supporting Data Centers, network infrastructure, cabling, and IT hardware.

🔧 Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Rack, stack, cable, label & decommission servers, network & storage equipment
\n
• Install and troubleshoot copper & fiber optic cabling
\n
• Support MDF/IDF, patch panels, switches & structured cabling
\n
• Maintain rack elevations, cable records, asset inventory & DCIM documentation
\n
• Troubleshoot hardware, network connectivity, printers and software issues
\n
• Perform equipment moves, adds, changes, imaging and refreshes
\n
• Support AV equipment, conference rooms and live events
\n
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors
\n
• Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
\n
• Provide excellent onsite customer and technical support
\n

✅ Requirements

\n
• 1–3 years of experience in Data Center, Telecom, Network Support or IT Infrastructure
\n
• Hands-on experience with network/server/storage hardware
\n
• Copper & fiber cabling experience
\n
• Basic networking and physical infrastructure knowledge
\n
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on ladders/in racks
\n
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
