💰 $110,000–$130,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Vehicle Allowance

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare construction to lead AHCA-regulated projects throughout South Florida.

\n

What You'll Do:

\n

✅ Lead healthcare electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout

\n

✅ Manage budgets, schedules, manpower planning, procurement, and subcontractors

\n

✅ Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation

\n

✅ Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, and AHCA representatives

\n

✅ Oversee QA/QC, safety, commissioning, punch list, and project closeout activities

\n

What We're Looking For:

\n

🔹 5–10+ years of Electrical Project Management experience

\n

🔹 Strong electrical systems knowledge and full project lifecycle management experience

\n

🔹 Experience with AHCA plan reviews, approvals, inspections, and documentation

\n

🔹 Experience working in occupied healthcare environments, shutdowns, and infection control procedures

\n

🔹 Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA 70, NFPA 99, NFPA 101, OSHA, emergency power, fire alarm, nurse call, and low-voltage systems

\n

Preferred Software Experience:

\n

\n

✔ Bluebeam

\n

✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel & Word

\n

✔ BIM Coordination & Clash Detection

\n
