About the Role

\n

A growing specialty lender is looking for a Loan Operations & Treasury Specialist to support its daily financial operations. You'll manage cash, fund deals, set up repayments, keep investment records accurate, and keep the books clean. This is a hands-on, early-career role with real responsibility from day one. You'll work directly with leadership and external accountants and take on more ownership as you grow.

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Monitor daily cash position across bank accounts and fund new deals
\n
• Set up and manage repayments, adjustments, and refunds in Salesforce
\n
• Maintain investment and participation records on funded deals, including renewals
\n
• Process scheduled payments, commissions, and company invoices
\n
• Handle bookkeeping across multiple accounts and prepare monthly close information for external accountants
\n
• Track credit card expenses and other liabilities
\n
• Maintain weekly and monthly reports and trackers
\n
• Support state licensing, Secretary of State filings, NMLS and DFPI reporting, and annual 1099s
\n
• Back up the processing and operations teams as needed
\n

\n

What You Bring

\n

\n
• 1+ years in finance operations, treasury, bookkeeping, or accounting (specialty finance, lending, or fund administration a plus)
\n
• Solid accounting fundamentals and strong attention to detail
\n
• Accuracy with high transaction volume
\n
• Strong Excel skills; Salesforce experience a plus
\n
• Discretion with sensitive financial data
\n
• Organization across recurring daily, weekly, monthly, and annual deadlines
\n
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred
