Lead a team of Key Account Managers and drive growth across hospital systems and community practices.

• Territory: DC, VA, MD, DE, NJ, Philadelphia region, NY, CT,RI, MA, VT, NH, ME

• Compensation: 190-230k plus 80k+ uncapped

• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales team
\n
• Drive strategic account growth across IDNs, GPOs, and community practices
\n
• Support product launches and buy-and-bill sales execution
\n

Ideal background: 10+ years in pharma/medical sales or commercial life sciences, including 5+ years of direct sales management. Buy-and-bill and/or contracting experience required; oncology, biologics, or injectables experience preferred.
