Job Description
Cross Country Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an elementary school assignment with Northshore School District. This position will serve a caseload of approximately 46 students and begins at 3-4 days per week through November 6, increasing to full-time through April 27.
\nJob Description: • Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students.
\n• Assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans for students with speech and language disorders.
\n• Participate in IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance documentation.
\n• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
\n• Manage a caseload of approximately 46 students.
\nQualifications: • Current Speech-Language Pathologist credential/licensure required.
\n• Experience supporting school-age students preferred.
\n• Experience working with diverse learner populations preferred.
\n• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
\n• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team.
