Senior Revnue Analyst @ Law Firm

Coda Search has partnered with a distinguished law firm with a national reputation and a record of substantial growth. The firm is looking to bring on a Senior Revenue Analyst to support the firm’s billing, collections, and revenue reporting and analysis. This influential position will collaborate directly with attorneys, partners, finance leadership, and clients to strengthen revenue operations and help the firm sustain healthy cash flow and financial results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce weekly and monthly revenue reports covering the full practice division.
\n
• Establish best practices for revenue reporting and related workflows, confirming compliance with accounting standards and firm policies.
\n
• Monitor and report on core revenue and collections metrics, delivering analysis and insights to senior leadership.
\n
• Pinpoint and execute improvements to billing and collections processes, using technology and automation wherever practical.
\n
• Collaborate with IT and Finance to enhance financial systems and expand reporting capabilities.
\n
• Act as the principal point of contact between the finance team and the firm’s practice groups, keeping both aligned on revenue goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA or MBA preferred).
\n
• Minimum of five years of experience in revenue analysis, billing, and collections (background at a law firm or professional services organization highly desirable).
\n
• Thorough knowledge of law firm billing platforms (familiarity with Aderant, Elite, or comparable systems is advantageous).
\n
• Strong analytical orientation, with proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and financial analysis).
