A leading construction management firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee project execution, coordinate subcontractors and consultants, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.

Responsibilities:

\n
• \n

  Manage assigned trade scopes, project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

\n
• \n

  Support subcontractor procurement, bid evaluations, contract administration, and payment applications.

\n
• \n

  Monitor project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and costs while identifying and resolving potential issues.

\n
• \n

  Coordinate with contractors, design teams, and field leadership to maintain project progress and quality.

\n
• \n

  Reinforce jobsite safety standards and support risk management initiatives.

\n
• \n

  Prepare monthly project reports and mentor Assistant Project Managers and project coordinators.

\n

Qualifications:

\n
• \n

  Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture and 7+ years of construction project management experience

\n
• \n

  Experience managing multiple large scopes of work, including at-risk and cost-plus contracts.

\n
• \n

  Strong knowledge of construction operations, scheduling, budgeting, safety, and risk management.

\n
