Are you an experienced Plumbing Foreman who understands how plumbing systems are installed in the field? This opportunity allows you to use that knowledge in a BIM and design focused role, helping project teams coordinate smarter, identify problems earlier, and improve installation efficiency.

We are hiring a BIM Detailer, Plumbing with at least five years of commercial or industrial plumbing foreman experience. The ideal candidate will also have experience with plumbing drawings, coordination, CAD, BIM, or related design work. Revit experience is helpful but not required. We will provide training for candidates with strong field knowledge and the ability to learn design software.

The Skills You Bring

\n

\n
• Five or more years of experience as a Plumbing Foreman is required
\n
• Strong commercial or industrial plumbing experience
\n
• Ability to read blueprints and understand plumbing layouts, installation, and constructability
\n
• Experience coordinating with project managers, engineers, field teams, or other trades
\n
• Experience with plumbing drawings, CAD, BIM, detailing, or construction coordination
\n
• AutoCAD and Navisworks experience preferred
\n
• Revit experience is a plus, but not required
\n
• Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills
