Arriving and greeting. Sign in.
Prepare bed
Prepare snack/meal
Eat
Paperwork if necessary or other chore.
Wash hair one night
Go outside weather permitting
Wash up for bed
Evening meds
Hoyer lift to bed
Clean up client
PT for legs
Position body for sleeping
Bedtime Meds
Final tuck-in
Cleanup all areas/sweep/run dishwasher/remove trash & recycle
sign out
Love Jesus
Skilled with total Care.
Dressing in bed, rolling, bed bathing, Hoyer lift.
