About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to provide high-quality care to our residents. As an LPN at Wabasso Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, you will provide hands-on care, support residents and certified nursing assistants (CNAs), communicate with providers and families, and help keep the shift running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents in our skilled nursing facility

• Support CNAs in delivering resident care and maintain a clean and safe environment

• Communicate effectively with providers, families, and other healthcare professionals

• Assist with medication administration, wound care, and other medical procedures

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care

Requirements:

• Current LPN license required

• Long-term care experience preferred, but we're open to the right nurse who is ready to learn and grow
