Nanny Needed For My Children - Full-time / Part-time

I am looking for a mothers helper style role! I am a stay at home mom with 2 kiddos, a 3-year-old boy and 7-month-old girl. Neither of my kiddos are great sleeper at night so morning help would be ideal - around 8 a.m. start but can be flexible. Until 1pm/2 p.m. in the afternoon! Really looking for another set of hands to keep life running as smoothly as possible, and so that I am able to attend appointments or run errands during the day!
