Nanny Needed For My Children - Now Hiring

I have a 1-month-old baby. Wanting overnight care to start getting full night sleep as baby currently wakes up 2-3 times. He also has silent reflux so would love to find a nanny that has experience dealing with silent reflux as he tends to get very aggravated and its difficult to make him stop crying unless I breastfeed him. Im also currently exclusively breastfeeding but would like nannys help to introduce formula.
