Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

Looking for an energetic, patient caregiver to help care for our three children (a 4-year-old and 2-year-old twins) while I work remotely from my home office. Schedule: Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. - 3/4 p.m. (4-6 hours/day). I'm looking for help between 20-30 hours a week. Core Duties: Keep the children safely engaged with structured play, art, and building activities. Manage lunchtime and prep simple snacks. Guide the children smoothly through daily transitions. Note: I will be working full-time in my home office and need a caregiver who can confidently manage the kids independently so I can focus on work tasks. Animal lovers, please apply (we have 2 larger dogs)!
