We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Arbor Village Nursing, a leading provider of skilled nursing care in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality skilled nursing care to residents, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans

• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with facility policies and procedures

• Monitor and document residents' conditions, including vital signs, lab results, and other relevant information

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare team members

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including medication records, treatment records, and care plans

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Oklahoma

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in nursing or related field preferred

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
