Babysitter Needed for my Children

I'm looking for a great babysitter for my 3 and 6-year-olds. they both need to be picked up from school (3 p.m. then 3:30). They play at the playground for a bit then come home and have quiet time and homework help or reading until we are home/done working. We need a reliable nanny able to drive their own vehicle (only 2 mi total round trip for pick ups and back home).
