Looking for steady LPN work where residents know your name?

We're preparing for upcoming LPN opportunities with skilled nursing facilities on Long Island. These are permanent, full-time roles with the facility.

You'll administer medications and treatments, catch changes in condition and get them to the RN fast, work side by side with your CNAs, and help with MDS input, admissions and discharges.

• $34 to $42 per hour, set by the hiring facility, with shift differentials where offered
• Your own residents instead of a new unit every shift
• Full-time, on site; day, evening, night and weekend shifts depending on the facility

Who will love this role

• An LPN with a current New York State license in good standing and current CPR or BLS
• Long-term care experience preferred; some facilities consider new graduates
• A sharp eye for small changes in an older adult's condition
