Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Perform vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate

• Document patient information, including medical history, medication administration, and treatment plans

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and care
