LPN - Float - Primary and Express Care

LPN, Float (Primary Care & Express Care)

Integrated Health Centers of West Virginia (IHCWV) is looking for an LPN to float between our primary care and express care teams. You'll be the nurse both teams count on, and you'll never get stuck in a rut.

What your days look like

• Work alongside providers in primary care, seeing patients for well visits, chronic care follow-ups, and everything between
• Move fast and stay sharp in express care, handling walk-in illness and minor injuries
• Home base is Harrisville, with float coverage at other IHCWV sites as needs arise
• Triage, vitals, injections, medication administration, lab collection, and patient education
• Teamwork with providers, MAs, and front-office staff who actually like working together

What we're looking for

• Active LPN license in West Virginia (or eligible for WV licensure)
• Current BLS
• Flexibility and a positive attitude about floating between locations
• Ambulatory or clinic experience preferred, but new grads who are eager to learn are welcome to apply
• Reliable transportation to reach float locations
