Nurses for Nursing Homes Program

RNs and LPNs who meet the criteria may qualify for:

• Up to $40,000 in student loan repayment and/or

What You'll Do 

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, CMAs and interdisciplinary team members

• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in good standing

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (new grads welcome!)

• Strong communication and organizational skills
