Are you passionate about food, leadership, and creating exceptional dining experiences? Le Gabrielle, a locally owned business in the heart of Winder, GA, is looking for a skilled and dedicated Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house (BOH) operations. Founded in 2022, we’ve grown from a beloved brunch and crêpe spot to include a second location in Monroe and expanded our menu to feature dinner services with pastas, steak, seafood, and more. If you’re ready to take ownership of a thriving kitchen and grow with us, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

As our Kitchen Manager, you’ll oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and teamwork. Your day-to-day will include managing food production, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, placing inventory orders, and ensuring recipe consistency. You’ll also play a key role in supervising, training, and developing our kitchen team to create a positive and productive work environment. Regular tasks include completing temperature logs, conducting inspections, and keeping inventory organized and rotated. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a passion for excellence and a commitment to teamwork.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a kitchen leadership role who thrives in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Key qualifications include:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory control and ordering processes.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations (ServSafe certification preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism.
  • Availability to work 5 days per week, including most weekends and some night shifts, for up to 50 hours weekly.
Benefits

At Le Gabrielle, we value our team and offer a range of benefits to support your growth and success, including:

  • Start training at full wage.
  • Free shift meals and uniforms.
  • Internal growth opportunities and professional development.
  • Exciting additional benefits coming in 2027!

We’re seeking a leader who embodies our core values:

  • Customer-First Mentality: Always putting our guests’ experience at the forefront.
  • Hustle and Excellence: Striving to deliver top-notch results every day.
  • Service-Oriented Leadership: Supporting and uplifting others.
  • Integrity and Trustworthiness: Acting with honesty and responsibility.
  • Humility and Team Alignment: Collaborating effectively with the leadership team.

To ensure we find the perfect fit, our onboarding process includes five stages, typically completed over a week:

  1. Phone Interview (15–30 minutes)
  2. In-Person Interview (2–3 hours)
  3. Reference Verification & Background Check
