About the Role:

As an LPN Night Nurse at Heartsworth Center Nursing, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign checks
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient care and progress
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
• Identifying and reporting any changes in patient condition or concerns to our nursing leadership team

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Oklahoma

• Minimum 0 years of experience (new graduate LPNs welcome to apply!)
