Responsibilities

• Supervise and support weekend nursing staff and CNAs.

• Ensure quality resident care and proper nursing documentation.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

• Communicate with physicians, families, and nursing leadership.

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN License

• Current CPR Certification

• Long-Term Care experience preferred

• Previous supervisory experience preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills
