Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – PRN
The Gardens at Orangeville | Orangeville, PA
The Gardens at Orangeville is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility in Orangeville, PA. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other medical supervisor, ensuring our residents receive compassionate and professional support.
Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour
Shift: PRN Only
Responsibilities
Administer nursing care in a skilled nursing environment under RN supervision
Provide basic medical care, including changing dressings, administering prescribed medications, and collecting specimens
Monitor residents’ health, document observations, and communicate changes promptly to nursing leadership
Promote a safe and supportive environment focused on dignity, respect, and quality of life
Qualifications
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
Prior experience in long-term care preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
