About the Role:

As a Weekend LPN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your duties will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the nursing staff

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

• Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting

• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in nursing care
