What You’ll Do

As an LPN at Bayside Manor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the health and happiness of our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health history documentation.
• Administering medications and ensuring proper dosage and timing.
• Monitoring patients’ conditions closely, managing acute pain, and providing emergency interventions when needed.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a compassionate and skilled LPN who brings both expertise and heart to their work. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A minimum of 1 year of proven experience, especially working with diverse populations such as seniors, individuals with developmental disabilities, or those with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology, and medical terminology to ensure effective patient assessment and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with residents, families, and the care team.
